ESTIMATED MAKE TIME FOR EACH ITEM IS STATED IN THE PRODUCT TITLE.
ALL ORDERS ARE SENT BY DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY
AS MOST OF OUR ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER WE UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
ORDERS WHICH INCUR DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT OR THAT ARE/BECOME FAULTY WILL BE HONOURED FOR A RETURN AND REFUND.
IF YOU RECEIVE FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING 

- SEND PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF THE DAMAGE TO THE ITEM

-SEND PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF THE EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL PACKAGING INCLUDING THE ADDRESS LABEL.

- PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME AND ADDRESS 

All the above information should be sent to our email and MUST be submitted within 14 days from receiving the order.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES AND THE PACKAGING IS VISIBLY DAMAGED YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY, SIMPLY REFUSE THE DELIVERY AND THIS WILL RETURNED BACK TO MYDOLLHOUSE, A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE OFFERED ONCE THE PARCEL ARRIVES BACK WITH US.
